Georgy Maksimilianovich Malenkov

Was the leader of Soviet Russia right after Stalin. He took over when Stalin died and was only in office for 6 months. He had to resign because he was close friends with Lavrentiy Beria who had been killed for being a traitor. Some things that made him and Kruschev very different were that Malenkov was very opposed to Nuclear weapons and said that Russia should cut down on their production. He also thought that consumer goods should be being produced more than Russia being really industrialized.
