Stranger In A Strange Land

Stranger in a Strange land was a Science Fiction book that was highly controversial due to its open mindedness in matters like Religion, Sex and how the world was at the time. The author was Robert A. Heinlein. The first version was only around 160,000 words because the publisher (Putnam) made Heinlein cut out a lot of the too-controversial-for-the-time subject matter. It was originally closer to 220,000 words long.
